We met George in February 2010, at a Self Build Show. George invited my wife and I to call at his home with an offer to demonstrate his smart home system, and more importantly how user friendly his system was. From the very start George stressed the importance of future proofing our home. At this time TV’s were not ‘smart’ and mobile phones were used primarily for calls only, compared to their multi functional use today. Since then we have continued to work with George and his team, for all our smart technology needs at home. We have more recently updated our system. George and his team always take my phone calls and promptly deal with any of issues we may have. The GMS team as a whole are extremely professional and very willing to accommodate us in our own busy work schedule.

George advised us on the fitting of modern technology to our home, with the advantage that we made contact before the first fix for wiring went in. He welcomed us into his home which he uses as a showroom and talked us through the minefield that is home automation. His solution for our home was tailor made and is perfect with the additional benefit that our home is future proofed too for at least the next 20 years. We employed George and his team in a personal capacity during the construction of our home, having already discussed with other providers our needs and the intelligent systems we wanted. Not knowing the quality of workmanship of the people we were talking to concerned us. We received a recommendation on GMS through a business colleague.
George listened to our needs and identified practical sensible solutions, many of which we had not been aware of or had previously not considered. We now have a house where we can control the lights, gates, sound systems, security, tv’s, (including switching between Sky, Apple TV and blue-ray), from our mobile phones, replacing at least of dozen remote controls with the one device we always have with us. In such a hi tech world it can be difficult to know who is competent, trustworthy and can deliver value and a good service, For our installation, George and GMS proved they at least could.
George has looked after our multi-room audio visual system for the last seven years after it was left in a mess by the original installer. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything audio visual and has managed to keep our system going longer than might otherwise have been the case. George works very long hours, however is always very accommodating and will pop in to solve a problem at short notice. I would recommend George if you are considering installing an audio visual system throughout your house.
